Art Galleries in Hove, East Sussex. Recent years have seen some excellent new art galleries spring in Hove, complimenting the established galleries, and offering different artistic perspectives to the gallery visitor, and emerging and established artists both locally in Hove and from elsewhere. One recent event displayed some wonderful photographs of The Beatles in late 1966 and early 1967 on the banks of the Thames, that had not been seen for many years, other Gallery owners focus on classical arts, others on Contemporary arts, but all support the thriving local artist scene in Hove, and compliment the artist trails and Open Houses in the summer months around Hove as part of the Festival.
